Leaders Meeting FK Unud December 2021

The Faculty of Medicine Unud held a Leadership Meeting which took place in the dr. A.A Made Djelantik. The leadership meeting was opened by the Dean of FK Unud Dr.dr.Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes. This leadership meeting was also attended by the Vice Deans, Heads of Departments, Study Program Coordinators, Unit Coordinators, Administrative Coordinators and Sub coordinators (30/12/2021).

The agenda for this leadership meeting is information from the Dean and the 2021 Final Evaluation Report. On this occasion the Dean of the Unud Medical Faculty and the Deputy Deans conveyed some information, which was initiated by the Unud Medical Faculty Dean who conveyed about:

1. Results of the university leadership meeting

2. Offline learning in 2022

3. Late payment of student UKT

4. Learning on the net

5. Visits made by the Dean to all network hospitals

6. POK QA 2022 has dropped.

Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning Dr.dr.I Gede Eka Wiratnaya, S.Ked., SpOT(K) conveyed several things regarding:

1. FK Unud Performance Achievements in 2021

2. Collection of Strategic Plans for Study Programs

3. Submission of goods/capital expenditure proposals for 2022

4. Compilation of the achievements of the Unud Medical Faculty strategic plan indicators for 2020 and 2021

Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance Dr.dr.I Made Sudarmaja, M.Kes conveyed several things, namely:

1. Finance includes the absorption of the 2021 budget

2. Facilities and infrastructure include the construction of the RSGM building, Lab. Psychology, maintenance of the FK Building and internet park

3. HR includes adding professors, submitting NIDK, placing PNS Specialist Educators at Unud Hospital and exploring rotation opportunities for Educators to Sanglah Hospital and Unud Hospital.
