Udayana University Collaborates with PT. Ravishankar Shukla University, India
Jimbaran - The Rector of Udayana University (Unud) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PT. Ravishankar Shukla University, India took place in the Language Room of the Rectorate Building, Jimbaran Campus, Thursday (27/6/2024).
The signing of the MoU, which was a proposal from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, was also attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Coordinator of the Pharmacy Study Program, Coordinator of UPIKS, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Prof. I Made Agus Gelgel Wirasuta, Cooperation and Public Relations Coordinator, Foreign Cooperation Sub-coordinator and staff. Meanwhile from PT. Ravishankar Shukla University, India who attended were Dr. Deependra Singh as International Relations Cell of Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur and Chairman of Education Regulation Committee, Pharmacy Council of India, Dr. Rohit Dutt (Principal) Gandhi Memorial National College, Ambala Cantt, Haryana, India, and Dr. Vikram Kumar Sahu (Principal) Maharana Pratap College of Pharmacy Kanpur India.
Rector of Unud Prof. Ngakan Putu Gede Suardana on this occasion said that this collaboration was a joint commitment in the health sector, especially in the pharmaceutical sector. The signing of this MoU begins a collaboration designed by both parties, especially the Pharmacy Study Program, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences in order to develop various technical collaborations in the health sector, especially pharmacy, and several other opportunities that can be explored including in the academic field, joint research development, SDGs and other collaboration opportunities.
So far, Udayana University has also established various collaborations with several institutions in India, including Bharathidasan University, Veer Narnad South Gujarat University, University of Agriculture Sciences, MoU Indian Institute of Technology, Institute for Engineering Research and Publication (IFERP).
"We believe this MoU will be a force of cooperation that will have a positive impact in the health sector. By jointly using existing resources, expertise and networks, we can achieve more things than we can achieve individually," said the Rector of Unud .
Meanwhile Dr. Deependra Singh International Relations Cell of Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University conveyed a glimpse of the university which was founded in 1962 and currently has 32 faculties. Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University is one of the best institutes in India. On this occasion, the party expressed their gratitude for successfully initiating collaboration with Udayana University, and hopes that in the future they will become active partners for both parties in developing various technical collaborations.
