Consistently, Food Technology Students Again Achieve National Achievements
Students from the Food
Technology Study Program, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana
University, have once again achieved National Level Achievements. This time,
FTP Unud Food Technology Students succeeded in winning Gold in the field of
Food Processing Technology and Agriculture at the Brawijaya University National
Student Writing Competition (LKTIN) which took place from June-September 2023.
The team of students from
the Food Technology Study Program who succeeded in winning gold in the field of
Food and Agricultural Processing Technology, namely I Gusti Agung Bulan Mutiara
Dewi, Putu Cempaka Sekarhita, Made Dita Dewi Devani, Kunti Dewi Dhasi Aryawan
and Putu Wedananta Darma Wiguna from the Class of 2022 with a writing idea:
ZAWSTER (Zalacca Waste Fruit Leather): Characteristics of Balinese Salak Fruit
Leather with the Addition of Various Types of Local Fruit Leather Waste Puree
under the guidance of the Food Technology Study Program Lecturer, I Gede Arie

This achievement
certainly adds to the achievements of the students of the Food Technology Study
Program who previously were also able to achieve achievements at both national
and international levels.
"This will not make
us complacent, we will use the process as a provision for the next competition,
hopefully through this more FTP students will compete and make
achievements," said Dita Devani as the team representative.
