Udayana University Holds UTBK Selection of New Student Admissions for Professional, Postgraduate, and PPDS Odd Semester 2022 Programs
Udayana University held a Computer-Based Writing Examination (UTBK) for the Selection of New Student Admissions for the Professional, Postgraduate, and Odd Semester PPDS Programs in 2022. The UTBK implementation lasted for two days 2-3 April 2022 at UTBK centers in Udayana University, which was attended by 1,475 participants . The implementation of the UTBK is spread across 29 computer laboratories located at the Bukit Jimbaran campus and the Sudirman campus in Denpasar.
The UTBK location in Denpasar is held in several faculties including the Faculty of Medicine, Postgraduate, Agrocomplex Building, Faculty of Social and Political Science, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Faculty of Economic and Business, and Faculty of Humanities. While the UTBK at the Jimbaran Campus took place at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Faculty of Marine and Fisheries and Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. The UTBK implementation is divided into 4 sessions, for sessions 1 and 2 held on April 2, 2022 with a total of 455 participants, while sessions 3 and 4 were held on Sunday (03/04/2022) with a total of 447 participants in session 3 and session 4 as many as 118 people. The materials tested in the UTBK are the Academic Ability Test (TKA) and the English Proficiency Test (TKBI).
Rector of Udayana University Prof. I Nyoman Gde Antara accompanied by the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs who is also the Chairman of the UTBK implementation committee; as well as the Coordinator of the Academic Section to directly observe the implementation of the UTBK which is located on the Denpasar Campus. The Rector hopes that the implementation of the UTBK will run smoothly.
Participants who took part in this UTBK, apart from coming from Bali, also came from various other regions including Jakarta, Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, NTT, NTB and Papua as well as some from abroad. The implementation of the UTBK is carried out by implementing strict Covid-19 prevention health protocols.
