United Project Holds Workshop on Energy Management and Environment Friendly Vehicles
The Faculty of Engineering of Udayana University in collaboration with Erasmus + CHBE UNITED Project held a UNITED Training Program (One Day Workshop) at Dean Building of FT 3rd Floor, Bukit Jimbaran Campus, Friday (1/31/2020). The workshop themed Energy Management and Dynamics Systems in Electric Vehicles was attended by students from Udayana University, Bali State Polytechnic (PNB), and Land Transportation Polytechnic.
"This project aims to improve student competencies in automotive engineering and also to improve comprehensively between universities and the private sector," said Project Manager United, Ni Putu Sri Harta Mimba, SE., N.Sc., Ph.D., Ak. , CA, CMA, CIBA, CBV
This activity is a collaboration between 6 universities in Southeast Asia and also 3 universities in Europe, namely Udayana University, North Sumatra University, Chulalongkorn University, Mahasarakham University, Malaysia Melaka Technical University, Putra Malaysia University, Aachen University of Applied Sciences, Politecnico Di Torino, Joanneum University of Applied Sciences.
Prof. I Dewa Suprapta Winaya, ST., MA.Sc., Ph.D., one of the presenter added that through this workshop, it is expected that the community, especially students, can manage energy so that it does not only depend on fossil energy which runs out quickly and must find renewable energy and can develop electrical vehicle.
