"The general lecture was held at Udayana University because I greatly admire Udayana University and Bali. Moreover, it is because Udayana that now I become a professor. It is equitable that I would take notice and I have come to feel this University. Some of this year under the leadership of the rector there is no problem concerning finances at Udayana. Meanwhile, if we are talking about Bali, for foreigners, especially in Europe longed Bali. Amid the economic growth, it can be said that the economic growth in Indonesia 5%, but especially in Bali reach to 6%. Economic growth of Bali is higher than the economic growth of the country". Saidprof. Dr. Rizal Djalil.

He also said that if we forget about the infrastructure and addressing poverty. We try to look at how the trend. In 2007, state revenues are still around 0.4% average increase of 0.7% per year. The last three years of tax revenue did not meet the target because we enjoy commodities in the SBY era, in the era of Jokowi revenue increases through the sharing of business one of the only tax amnesty. The trend of economic growth has decreased since 2011 by an average of 0.5% per year through to 2014 of 2014 economic growth to survive the range of 5%. The economic growth of Bali grew by 6%, a remarkable thing.
In the Jokowi era, the infrastructure development has increased higher in 2016 than in previous years. There is an increase in infrastructure spending significant figures in the year 2015-2016 and there is an increase in the realization of infrastructure spending PU PR field in 2009- 2016. According to him, this is a rational policy for which there is limited money. Doing tax amnesty it was not easy, that we should want to withdraw Indonesian money from Singapore, is not easy because they tend to set strict regulation.
Our competitiveness index in 2016, especially in the field of infrastructure, although not satisfying yet, but there is progress. Our challenge in the development of infrastructure in outline is displaritas, national competitiveness, resource use, and urbanization eminence. Infrastructure specialized in the latest issue of the problem is the issue of land. In that infrastructure plays an important role is the field of water resources due to give life to the country, particularly infrastructure in Bali. The economic growth of Bali in 2014 was 6.72%, in 2015 was 5.96%, in 2016 was 6.30%. Regulation is made for the public in accordance with existing challenges and problems we face. He hoped that the construction of the infrastructure have positive impact on economic growth in Indonesia.
"Bali is a tourism destination in Indonesia that can contribute to the real welfare of Balinese society. Population penetration of various local causes population concentrations in Bali, and the capacity of the environment to decrease. For the supervisor, please guide students who will KKN to apply the knowledge gained. Basically, Bali needs to be done in a holistic infrastructure for growth and development of a good Bali. Our concept forward is to continue the existing infrastructure and improve the infrastructure back in Bali to build a toll road from West Bali to East Bali. This is done to smooth the gaps that occurred in Bali, especially in Buleleng. In future we will begin to implement it, and therefore I request the support of DPK RI to carry out the construction of toll roads in Buleleng in reducing congestion. The number of poor people in Bali has decreased from 5.25 to 4.15% and they are encouraged by the Bali Mandara program. In the implementation of KKN we contribute 10 million for LPPM " said I Ketut Sudikerta as the Vice Governor of Bali.(kezia)
