Udayana University Holds Learning Workshop for the MBKM Village Development Program for Even Semester 2024-2025

Udayana University (Unud) through the Student Affairs Bureau and the MBKM Unit held a Learning Workshop for the MBKM Bina Desa Program for the Even Semester of 2024-2025 on March 11-12, 2025 at the Lecture Building of Jimbaran University. The activity attended by Udayana University students aims to provide direct learning experiences to students in the context of community service, especially in village development.

The Head of MBKM Udayana University, Dr. I Ketut Sardiana in his report said that this activity is a form of off-campus learning activity aimed at providing students with experience to be able to dedicate themselves to helping villages in community empowerment.

This activity was officially opened by the Vice Rector for Student Affairs of Udayana University, Prof. I Gusti Ngurah Alit Susanta Wirya. In his remarks, the Vice Rector said that the implementation of MBKM activities during this period was held independently by Udayana University and this condition is proof of Udayana University's commitment to ensuring efforts to develop graduate competencies so that they are ready to work as well as proof of Udayana University's commitment to advancing villages by expanding opportunities for students to learn directly to overcome village problems with lecturer assistance through the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program at Udayana University.

He hopes that through this activity, all students can strengthen their commitment to advancing villages in Indonesia by utilizing existing potential and developing student skills in contributing to better community development in a sustainable manner.
