Vice Rector for Student Affairs Officially Opens LKMM-TM Udayana University

Jimbaran, Monday (20/1/2025) – Vice Rector for Student Affairs at Udayana University (Unud), Prof. I Gusti Ngurah Alit Susanta Wirya, officially opened the Middle Level Student Management Skills Training (LKMM-TM) activities at the Udayana University Rectorate Field. This event was attended by Vice Deans for Student Affairs from all faculties at Udayana University.

In his speech, the Vice Rector expressed his appreciation for the enthusiasm of the participants and committee in organizing this activity. He emphasized the importance of developing management and leadership skills for students, which can be an important provision in facing organizational challenges and professional life in the future.

This activity aims to provide insight and organizational management skills to students, so that they can become competent leaders with integrity. In his speech, the Vice Rector for Student Affairs emphasized the importance of activities such as LKMM-TM in building students' character and skills to face organizational challenges in the future.

Carrying the theme "Satya Dharma Dharmika: Weaving the Synergy of Ormawa Hope in Steps to Building Udayana", the Vice Rector said that this theme describes the spirit of synergy and collaboration between student organizations (Ormawa) to support institutional progress. He also hopes that this activity can be a momentum to improve student managerial competence as well as strengthen relations between organizations at Udayana University.

It is hoped that LKMM-TM will become a forum for producing a generation of students who have management and leadership skills who can provide character education as expected and are able to contribute significantly to the development of Udayana University.
