Udayana University Distributes 350 KKN-PPM Students for Period XXVIII to 22 Villages in Klungkung Regency

The Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of Udayana University (Unud) carried out the release and deployment of students and DPL for Community Empowerment Learning Real Work Lectures (KKN-PPM) period XXVIII on Thursday (18/01/2024), at the Unud Rectorate Field, Jimbaran.

Present at the release event were the Rector, Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation and Information, Deans and Heads of Institutions and Work Units at Udayana University, and the Head of Gunaksa Village, Klungkung Regency.

Chairman of LPPM Udayana University, Prof. I Nyoman Suarsana, said that in the release of KKN students this time there were 350 (three hundred and fifty) students who would be deployed to 22 (twenty two) villages in Klungkung Regency and would carry out KKN-PPM for 2 (two) months.

Rector of Udayana University, Prof. Ngakan Putu Gede Suardana in his direction said that KKN activities at Udayana University are one of the programs that students must take part in every academic year as an extra-curricular subject, which combines the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely Education, Research and Service with methods of providing learning experiences. and working with students in community empowerment activities.

The Rector advised students participating in KKN-PPM to always maintain their own good name, the good name of Unud in the community, and also hoped that through this KKN activity students could adapt quickly and communicate well with the community, work optimally and give the best to the village community.
