Udayana University Holds Dissemination of Lecturer Workload, Presents Resource Persons from Diktiristek
Udayana University (Unud) held a Dissemination of Equality in Perception of Lecturer Workload (BKD) Assessment at the Sthala Hotel Ubud, Monday (21/8/2023). The activity, which can also be followed online through the webex application, was attended by assessors from Udayana University, LLDIKTI Region VIII, Pendidikan Ganesha University, ISI Denpasar, and Bali State Polytechnic, and also Unud BKD Assessor Candidates.
The speakers present were the Director of Resources, Directorate General of Higher Education, Prof. Mohammad Sofwan Effendi with material on BKD policy directions, then the BKD Team and SISTER of the Directorate General of Higher Education, namely Prof. Eko Hadi Sujiono, Iwan Winardi, Santi Sayanti Agustina, Puput Puspita Rakhman and Rizky Tito Prasetyo with the 2021 PO BKD matrix and rubric material and BKD SISTER.
The socialization was opened by the Vice Rector for General Affairs and Finance of Unud, Prof. I Gusti Bagus Wiksuana. In his remarks, the Vice Rector said that this socialization was held in order to refresh BKD assessors and at the same time recruit new BKD assessors at Udayana University. Lecturer workload reporting is something that must be done by a lecturer at the end of each semester. The report will then be assessed by two assessors so that in the end the report can be concluded M (Compliant) or TM (Not Fulfilled).
Both lecturers and assessors must understand the rules in reporting lecturer workload which is routinely carried out every semester, both in terms of the Tri Dharma Higher Education activity items that are reported and the supporting data that must be uploaded to prove that the activity has been carried out.
Therefore, socialization activities to refresh assessors are very important so that assessors can have the same understanding in the assessment and supporting data that must be uploaded, so that the assessment can be carried out objectively.
"Currently we have 111 BKD assessors, with 1,360 PNS lecturers plus Docdiknis lecturers and non-PNS lecturers. The number of lecturers to be assessed is 1,860 based on data from SISTER, so the additional number of assessors needs to be done so that the ratio between assessors and lecturers can be reached 1 in 10," said the Vice Rector.
After the socialization, a test was carried out for prospective assessors, totaling 29 people with competency test material and skills tests carried out through the application.
