Rector Cup II of Udayana University Chess Sports Branch Was Held, Followed by 171 Participants

The Rector Cup II Udayana University Chess Sports (Cabor) was held at the Archipelago Hall of the Agrocomplex Building, Sudirman Campus, Denpasar, Saturday (19/8/2023).

The Chairman of the Committee in his report stated that the number of participants who took part in this sport of chess reached 171 people. It is hoped that the implementation of the Rector Cup II will achieve its goals, namely fostering sportsmanship and accommodating the interests of the talents of students and students throughout Indonesia.

Vice Chairman of Pengprov Percasi Bali Dewa Adnyana Putra representing Pengprov gave his appreciation for the implementation of this activity. In August, his team will dispatch athletes to East Kalimantan. Chess sports always get priority in national events because they can train the development of the mind. So that when trained from an early age it will become intelligent. Through this activity, apart from being brave and mentally training the participants, it is hoped that they can also achieve the achievement of becoming champions and upholding sportsmanship.

This activity is not only professional but achievement and more important is the wisdom of playing chess which can make the mind logical, know the ways of thinking and strategies of other people in dealing with a match.
