Sudirman Denpasar, in conjunction with the 31st  anniversary of the Machine Studies, 50th BKFT and 53rd Anniversary of Uneversitas Udayana, Faculty of Engineering organized a seminar KNEP Hospitality VI National Conference of Engineering Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, University of Udayana with the theme "Innovation Technology To Improving the Quality of Tourism Industry "held 11 to 12 June 2015 starting at 9 AM at the Wiswakarma Hall Floor IV Faculty of Engineering, University of Udayana PB Sudirman Campus. This event presents three speakers are:

  1.  Prof. Dr. Satryo Soemantri Brodjonegoro as Professor of ITB
  2.  I G.A.N. Subawa Son, ST., MT as the General Manager of PT. Indonesia Power UPJP Bali
  3.  Ir. Arief Yuwono, MA, Deputy Environmental Degradation Control and Climate Change

This event which was attended by the Head of LPPM, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, along with a The First and Second Vice Dean was opened by the Rector of Udayana University.In his speech, the Rector of Udayana University expects by the presence of this seminar to the Faculty of Engineering can follow the very rapid development of technology and to compete in a global world.

In the material that was delivered by Prof. Dr. Satryo Soemantri Brodjonegoro "leads to the future accreditation of engineering education in Indonesia" that graduates should have the ability to apply knowledge of mathematics, science, and engineering capabilities to design and conduct experiments, to analyze and interpret the data and process to meet desired needs. While I G.A.N. Subawa Son, ST., MT deliver material about the "improvement of environmental aspects in the management of power plants in Bali to support the quality of the tourism industry". In exposure delivered, he delivered the existing electrical systems in bali period in 2015, the peak load electricity in Bali, as well as electrical curve. In the aspirations he wanted for planning for power plants in the next 10 years in order in eastern Bali held power. He also seeks to make energy savings of primary electricity in Bali because there are still many problems that occur in eastern Bali. (Tude&Komang)
