The Chairperson of the Committee, I Made Budiastrawan, S.Kom., M.M, in his report said that this activity aims to equate perceptions related to the work plan of all components in the student affairs sector so that it becomes one direction, namely supporting the fulfillment of Higher Education Main Performance Indicators, so that the pattern of fostering ormawa which is a place for self-development and actualization of students can be optimized again so that it is in line with the goals of higher education. It is hoped that through this forum it can become a means of communication and discussion between the ormawa and the rector, in this case the student affairs bureau, so that all work programs planned by the ormawa can run well. "We at the Student Affairs Bureau will as much as possible facilitate the implementation of programmed ormawa activities, both in terms of permitting activities, dispensations, mentoring, and activity funding," he said.

Meanwhile, the Vice Rector for Student Affairs, Prof. Ir. Ngakan Putu Gede Suardana, MT.,Ph.D.,IPU. In this case he said, this activity is very important for equalizing perceptions between ormawa and the rector's student affairs so that what has been programmed in 2023 is aligned with the vision and mission of Unud in the future, aligned with Unud performance targets targeted by the ministry. So from that, this is what we have to equate with our perceptions and draft steps to achieve all of that. Whatever is targeted is very influential on the progress and ranking of Udayana University.

"The target for student affairs is IKU 1, namely Tracer Study, which includes how many graduates are already entrepreneurship, how many graduates are continuing their studies, how many graduates are getting jobs for less than 6 months with a salary of 1.2 x UMP. In addition, there is also IKU 2 namely achievement and MBKM in which there are the number of outstanding students, and how many students carry out 20 credit hours off-campus activities, now this is what must be improved in 2023," said the Vice Rector.
