Collaboration Between Students Through Rapat Senat Mahasiswa 1 Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Udayana University

In order to harmonize the movement and performance of the three Student Organizations of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (SM-FKH) Udayana University in order to avoid misconceptions, the Student Representative Council of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (DPM FKH) held an online Rapat Senat Mahasiswa via Cisco Webex on Sunday (13/2).

This activity involved the participation of the three SM-FKH, namely the Student Executive Board (BEM), the Suara Satwa Student Press Institute (LPM SS), the Student Representative Council (DPM) and the Chair of the Professional Interest (Minpro) within the faculty of veterinary medicine. These three organizations have different roles, but still have attachments to one another.

Not only that, as the vice dean who has responsibility for student affairs, the Vice Dean III of the faculty of veterinary medicine, Dr. drh. I Wayan Sudira was also present and gave a speech at the activity. "I need to emphasize to all of students that student activities are appropriate because it is a learning process, that the learning process must grow and the learning process should not be reduced," said Vice Dean III.

With the theme "Optimizing the Collaboration Trail between All Components of SM-FKH Udayana University", this activity is expected to be able to increase harmony between every student organization that is within the scope of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Udayana University. In addition, this year's Rapat Senat Mahasiswa 1 also discussed and readjusted the entire schedule of activities from all SM-FKH Udayana University so that later there would be no activities that collided between the organization. Not only that, the Rapat Senat Mahasiswa 1 also discussed the issues being discussed among veterinary students at Udayana University as well as the working procedures for each activity.

Recalling the spread of news about Covid-19 which caused learning activities and student activities to be transferred online, so the Rapat Senat Mahasiswa 1 which was supposed to be held on a hybrid basis, in the end had to adjust to the circular letter by the Rector of Udayana University to limit face-to-face activities. The Rapat Senat Mahasiswa 1 was also attended by 45 other participants and 12 committee members on duty.

Opened at 09.00 A.M. (GMT+8), the series of activities of the Rapat Senat Mahasiswa 1 began with an opening by the presenter. After that, it was continued by reading prayers and singing the national anthem Indonesia Raya, accompanied by reports and remarks. Entering the main event, each chairman of organization began to present the work program to be carried out during his one year term of office, and was followed by a 90-minute discussion session led by a moderator. At the end of the event, it was also completed with the reading of the 2022 DMO Memorandum of Understanding by the host and ended with a documentation session. "What has been achieved first, continue to improve, both morally, ethically, then knowledge, that's what I want to emphasize as Vice Dean III" hoped the Vice Dean III of the faculty of veterinary medicine.
