Community Service for the Bachelor of Development Economics Study Program

The Bachelor of Development Economics Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University, has carried out community service activities.




on Saturday, November 25, 2023, which was attended by the Selumbung Village Community, Manggis District, Karangasem Regency, as well as lecturers and students of the Bachelor of Development Economics Study Program, which was held offline at the Selumbung Village Perbekel Office, Manggis District, Karangasem Regency.




The speakers of this activity were Kadek Darma Sugita (coconut processed craftsman) and Gede Suryawan (owner of YANDE BATOK), while the theme of this activity was "Transformation of Coconut Waste into an Environmentally Sound Business."




The purpose of this activity is to provide education about coconut fiber waste management to realize the concept of circular economy for the community in Selumbung Village, Manggis District, Karangasem Regency.
