Dissemination of Village Digitalization Concepts to Improve the Quality of Community Services in Gunaksa Village

PPK-Ormawa Engineering Student Association of the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University conducted socialization of the concept of "Village Digitization" to improve the quality of community services in Gunaksa Village. This socialization is a follow-up to the coordination that has been carried out with the Gunaksa Village government where the Village Government wants to make a change related to conventional-based services to switch to digital-based service concepts.

 

The socialization was attended by the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Information Systems, Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University, Mr. I Gusti Ketut Sukadana, ST., MT, Supervisor, Mr. Dr. Ir. Wayan Nata Septiadi, ST., MT, Chair of the Engineering Student Association at the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University, PPK-Ormawa Team, Head of Gunaksa Village Mr. I Wayan Sardiana, SH, Village Secretary of Gunaksa Village, KADUS, District Digital Ambassadors, Village Officials and Representatives of the Gunaksa Village Community namely from the PKK mothers.

 

 

The socialization was opened by the headman of Gunaksa Village, where he expressed his hope that younger siblings could carry out this program well so that the Digital village concept developed in Gunaksa Village could become a model for other villages in the Klungkung Regency environment. This is also in line with the hope that Gunaksa Village is being appointed to be an example of a Smart Village.

This socialization aims to provide views to village officials and the community about digital concepts that will be jointly developed by the Ormawa PPK team, the Machinery Student Association, External Partners in this case the Regency Digital Ambassador, Supervisors and Udayana University. The Digitization concept targets four targets, namely: Digitizing population services, digitizing health services, digitizing financial services, and digitizing the smart village concept.

 

At the end of this socialization, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between Gunaksa Village and the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University and the Machinery Student Association related to Fostered Villages for the continuation of the Gunaksa Village Digitalization program.
