Carrotic is an acronym for Carrot Probiotic Ice Cream, as the name implies, is an ice cream that uses raw ingredients from carrots and milk which are added with probiotic bacteria to make a delicious and healthy dessert. The idea for this business arose based on anxiety which realized that several areas in Bali were areas with quite high local carrot yields but the harvest tended to be cheap due to an imbalance between the supply of carrots and the demand for carrots by the Balinese people. Through Carrotic, this group is trying to diversify the local carrot food into new products that have potential in terms of economy, nutritional content, and health benefits. Carrots which are rich in Vitamin A and fiber with the addition of cow's milk which is rich in protein and Calcium, as well as probiotic bacteria which have good benefits for the digestive tract make these products healthy and also enjoyable. In addition, the utilization of carrots into ice cream is a new idea to increase the selling power of carrots into high-value functional food products that are liked by people from all walks of life.
