Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia when attending the 10th AFEBI Congress: "The Importance of Balancing Economic and Health Activities Post-Pandemic"

The second day of the 10th AFEBI Congress, was attended by Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Suahasil Nazara, Chancellor of Udayana University, Prof. Dr. Ir. I Nyoman Gde Antara, M.Eng., IPU, Prof. Dr. Suharnomo, S.E., M.Si, Chairperson of DPN AFEBI for the 2020-2022 period, Management of DPN AFEBI for the 2020-2022 period, the Governor of Bali who on this occasion was represented by the Governor's Expert Staff for Economics, the speakers came from academia and the private sector, the LAMEMBA executive board . Head of ISEI Bali region, Head of IAI Bali Region, Udayana University leaders, Study Program Coordinators and Unit Coordinators, Heads of Student Organizations within the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University and delegates from 78 AFEBI member universities, located at the Prime Plaza Sanur Ballroom - Bali.
 
 
The Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University, Agoes Ganesha Rahyuda, S.E., MT, Ph.D as the host of the 10th AFEBI Congress, in his report conveyed information about the number of participants in the 10th AFEBI Congress of 387 participants, 70 FE, FEB and FEBI specifically from state universities throughout Indonesia, 79 members of AFEBI, 65 Deans of FEB throughout Indonesia, and in his report also said that for the first time at the AFEBI congress the election of the AFEBI DPN was carried out digitally.
 
 
 
Chairman of the DPN AFEBI for the 2020-2022 period, Prof. Dr. Suharnomo, SE., M.Si. conveyed that AFEBI responded to digitalization and hoped that this would continue. Matters related to tracer studies and digitization can be developed from old study programs to continue to be upgraded. There are many choices that can be made in managerial terms, so it is hoped that the management of the AFEBI DPN for the 2023-2025 period will maintain their solidarity.
 
 
 
Chancellor of Udayana University, Prof. Dr. Ir. I Nyoman Gde Antara, M.Eng., IPU, in his remarks hoped that cooperation and strategies would continue to be established in increasing capabilities in global challenges in a flexible manner that referred to green economics, digitalization and a sustainable economy. The event was officially opened by scanning the fingerprints of the Chancellor of Udayana University, accompanied by the Head of the DPN AFEBI for the 2020-2022 period and the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University.
 
 
 
The plenary session was moderated by a Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University, Dr. Ni Made Asti Aksari, SE., M.Bus, with speakers from the Dean of FEB UI, Teguh Dartanto, Ph.D and the Director of Indonesian Society and Fisheries, Yasmine Simbolon and continued with the presentation of mementos to the speakers.
 
 
The Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, delivered a Keynote speech that the Government will continue to seek the right balance between economic and health activities. At the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, one of the graphs that we see the most is the relationship between transmission and human mobility. Vigilance must continue to be maintained so that the economic recovery process goes well. Learning from macroeconomics must be managed when a person is not allowed to do mobility. Balancing between economic growth, economic activity and health, because this is not only a social problem but an economic problem. APBN is the only player in town to encourage national economic recovery to increase state spending. Indonesia has already developed a transition towards a green economy to reduce activities that result in carbon emissions. A coordinated and integrated mechanism by combining the necessary de-risking facilities with the required financing. Followed by the presentation of mementos to the Deputy Minister of Finance and a group photo session with all delegates to the 10th AFEBI Congress.

Moving on to the closing ceremony, a presentation was made to host the 2023 AFEBI plenary session by the Dean of FEB Brawijaya University, Abdul Ghofar, SE., MSi, MAcc., DBA., Ak., CA, Presentation of the host of the 2023 AFEBI congress by the Dean of FEB Yogyakarta University, Dr. Siswanto, M.Pd, then followed by thanking Remarks by the Dean of FEB UNUD, Agoes Ganesha Rahyuda, S.E., M.T., Ph.D, followed by Introduction Session 5 DPN AFEB 2023 – 2025, and ended with closing remarks by the Head of DPN AFEBI 2020-2022 , Prof. Dr. Suharnomo, SE., M.Si.

This was followed by the submission of certificates to the 2023-2025 DPN AFEBI management witnessed by all delegates and ended with a group photo session.
 
It is hoped that the activities of the 10th AFEBI congress can provide sustainable benefits for digitalization and green economics for all FE, FEB and FEBI State Universities throughout Indonesia by prioritizing the principle of staying the same low, standing the same height.
