The visit of the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia regarding the Cooperation Agreement on Assessor Activities with the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University

Jimbaran, August 26, 2022, the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform to Udayana University made a cooperative visit to the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University which was located in Meeting Room II, Dean Building, Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University. The agenda for the first visit was opened directly by the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University, Mr. Ir. I Ketut Sudarsana, ST., Ph.D. After the event was opened, it was continued with the introduction of the attendance of today's visits such as the Assessor of Udayana University, Mr. Dr. Gede Sukadarmika, ST., M.Sc. Then there is Mr. Dr. Nyoman Putra Sastra, ST.,M.T who served as Head of the Information Resources Unit of Udayana University, Mr. Dr. Anak Agung Kompiang Oka Sudana S.Kom.,M.T, and the staff of the dean who helped make this event run well.

 

 

Mrs. Dwi from the Ministry of Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia said that "the purpose of this visit is to sign a Cooperation Agreement with the hope that all assessor activities already have a cooperative bond and are more confident in the implementation of the assessment". The visit of the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia also added that this collaboration has the aim of formulating policies related to the Electronic-Based Government System, the second is related to coordination and implementation in the fields of assistance, socialization or capacity building for central and local governments. Mr. Sigit who was the representative in the discussion of the collaboration said that "we need help from all universities in the territory of Indonesia as an extension of our arm in spreading literacy in this Electronic-Based Government System". Third, related to the development of applications in some respects system management related to information technology. Finally, related to the monitoring and evaluation of this SPBE which is the domain of the Ministry of Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia. Assessors from universities at Udayana University had satisfactory performance measurement results because they were in accordance with directions or signs.

 

 

 

The main agenda of this visit is the signing of the Cooperation Agreement which has been carried out in front of the audience and a group photo is taken which is accurate evidence. After the signing, technical discussions were proposed by the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia, such as in backing up data on server problems so that assessors will find it difficult to download and it will be a material for future improvements. The Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia provided information regarding the 2021 Evaluation which will be carried out for two days in Bali on 15-16 September 2022. The discussion continued with a discussion on future monitoring, that after document evaluation there will be no more monitoring but will there is training to measure improvement. In addition, both parties expressed their respective hopes and suggestions for continuous improvement in the future.
