Fisip Udayana Blood Donor Day as the 13th Series of BKFISIP Activities.

Denpasar, 27 June 2022, the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Udayana University held Fisip Udayana Blood Donor Day which is one of the 13th series of BKFISIP activities. This activity was also held to commemorate World Blood Donor Day which falls on June 14. The event was held at the FISIP Building on the 1st floor of Udayana University which started at 10.00 WITA in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) of Badung Regency and Starbucks Indonesia. In the event organized by BKFISIP, there were 54 registrants who wanted to donate blood. The participants consisted of lecturers, staff, and students in the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Udayana University. This blood donation event was the first time held at FISIP Udayana University where the chairman of the 2022 BKFISIP committee, Richard Togaranta Ginting, S.Sos., M.Hum., from the D3 Library study program hopes that this activity can be carried out regularly during the next series of BKFISIP activities.

 

The FISIP Udayana Blood Donor Day activity obtained 14 blood flask bags, namely 8 blood type O, 4 blood group B, and 2 blood group A, which are expected to supply blood needs in PMI Badung City. The event ended with the awarding of a certificate of appreciation by PMI to the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences as the organizer of Blood Donor Day activities and a group photo session.
