Field Assessment of Accreditation of Specialist Anesthesiology and Intensive Therapy Study Programs, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University

The Independent Accreditation Institute for Health Higher Education (LAM-PTKes) conducted a field assessment in the context of accreditation of the Anesthesiology Specialist Study Program and Intensive Therapy, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University. This accreditation is carried out in order to maintain and improve the quality of education and study program services at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University.

Located in dr. A A Made Djelantik, Field Assessment by LAM-PTKes was held for 2 days from 27 to 28 June 2022 with 2 assessors, namely:

1. dr. Widya Istanto Nurcahyo, Sp.An, KAKV, KAR (Assessor 1)

2. Dr. dr. Aida Rosida Tantri, Sp.An, KAR (Assessor 2)

 

The event began with remarks from the Dean of the Unud Medical Faculty, Dr. dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes and opened by the Head of LP3M Udayana University, Ir. I Nengah Sujaya, M.Agr.Sc., Ph.D

Dr. Januartha in his speech said that this accreditation effort was carried out in order to maintain the institution's quality assurance system to run according to its objectives and to support the University's goal of becoming a PTNBH.

"We hope the arrival of the LAM-PTKes assessor team to be able to help see the gaps that still need to be improved that we need to develop so that we can continue to produce graduates according to what we expect, with quality according to the demands of the community at the local, regional and national levels. at the international level. We hope that the Anesthesiology and Intensive Therapy Specialist Study Program will get excellent marks." he said.

Ir. Sujaya as the Chair of LP3M who on this occasion was present as the Rector of Unud in his speech said that currently Udayana University has been included in the list of 13 universities in Indonesia that have been accredited as Superior and are on their way to becoming a PTN-BH.

"Hopefully the Anesthesiology and Intensive Therapy Specialist Study Program will get a superior accreditation value, so that it can be aligned and in line with the university's vision and mission," he said.

This activity was also attended by the Head of USDI Unud, Head of the Unud Library, Deputy Deans of Medical Faculty Unud, Heads of Departments, Study Program Coordinators, Unit Coordinators, and the entire Accreditation Task Force Team.

Today's assessment agenda is;

1. Assessor team meeting with the head of the study program management unit, and a vehicle for practice

2. Presentation and clarification by the head of the study program management unit

3. Discussion of the assessor team with the head of the study program management unit

4. Interviews and assessments of the adequacy of lecturers who teach in the study program.

5. Interviews and assessments of the adequacy of education personnel regarding academic and non-academic services.

6. Interviews and assessments with students representing all students from each class regarding academic and non-academic services.
