Medical Waste Incinerator Design, Udayana University Establishes Cooperation with PT. Image of Yala Tama Raya

Jimbaran - Located in the Bahasa Room of the Jimbaran Campus Rectorate Building, the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and a Cooperation Agreement between Udayana University (Unud) and PT. Citra Yala Tama Raya, Thursday (10/02/2022). Present at the signing ceremony of the Rector of Udayana University, the Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation and Information, the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and their ranks, the Director of the Unud Hospital, the Head of BAKH, the KUI Coordinator, and the Cooperation and Public Relations Coordinator. Meanwhile, from the PT. Citra Yala Tama Raya in attendance were the Director of Operations and their staff.

Rector of Udayana University Prof. I Nyoman Gde Antara in his speech expressed his gratitude for the collaboration initiated by the Faculty of Engineering with PT. Image of Yala Tama Raya. The Faculty of Engineering as the initiator of this collaboration is the most relevant faculty to collaborate with in the implementation of cooperation activities, especially in the implementation of the program “Design of Dual Chamber Medical Waste Incinerator with Oxy-Fuel Combustion. The Rector hopes that this collaboration will also prioritize the learning and research process.

While the President Director of PT. Citra Yala Tama Raya who on this occasion was represented by the Director of Operations, Arya Pradipta Wijayamurti conveyed an honor and pride for PT. can cooperate with Udayana University in the context of cooperation in the design of Medical Waste Incinerator. We believe that Indonesian Human Resources are not inferior to Human Resources from abroad, especially in terms of technology development. Therefore, it is highly hoped that through this collaboration, it is hoped that it will make a real contribution to the development of the abilities of students who are involved in this activity which will later be guided by lecturers who of course involve other stakeholders at Udayana University.

The hope is that by cooperating with Udayana University, PT. Citra Yala Tama Raya can contribute significantly to the development of the medical world, especially in Indonesia and the results of this Medical Waste Incinerator design can be widely accepted in the medical industry in particular.
