The Rector Inaugurates and Takes Oaths / Promises of 93 Functional Officials in Udayana University
Denpasar - Udayana University Conducts Inauguration and Taking Oaths / Promises of Functional Officials (Tuesday, 22/12/2020), at the Nusantara Room, Agrokompleks Building, Sudirman Campus, Denpasar.
The inauguration is only attended directly by representatives of the appointed Functional Officials. Also attending the event were the Rector, Vice Rectors, Heads of Bureau and Chair of USDI. Faculty Leaders, Postgraduate Directors, Head of Institutions and other invited and inaugurated officials who follow the online procession through the Unud Webex Application from their respective residences.
Head of General Bureau Drs. Ketut Amoga Sidi in his report conveyed that the implementation of the inauguration and oath / pledge of this functional official was carried out in accordance with the mandate of Government Regulation Number 11 of 2017 and Regulation of the Head of BKN Number 7 of 2017.
These functional officers who were inaugurated previously held structural positions as both Head of Divisions and Head of Subdivisions totaling 93 people; consisting of 13 Budget Analysts, 20 Personnel Analysts, 6 State Budget Financial Management Analysts, 36 Archivists, 2 Goods and Services Procurement Managers, 12 Public Relations Officers, and 4 Computer Assistants.
Extension of the Retirement Age Limit for Head Structural Officials from 58 years to 60 years for 4 intermediate expert functional officers.
The Rector of Udayana University Prof. A.A Raka Sudewi in his remarks conveyed the Inauguration and Taking of Oaths / Promises of Functional Officials as a mandate from the Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia, Number 28 of 2019 concerning Equalization of Administrative Positions into Functional Positions. This is a follow-up to the direction of the President of the Republic of Indonesia regarding the simplification of the bureaucracy in order to create an effective and efficient bureaucracy, in order to create a more dynamic and professional bureaucracy as an effort to increase effectiveness and efficiency to support the performance of government services to the public.
In addition, in accordance with the Circular of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Education and Culture, the appointment and inauguration of functional positions through equalization shall be carried out no later than 31 December 2020.
In connection with the implementation of task activities and coordination functions as a result of this equalization, in accordance with Permenpan RB RI Number: 28 of 2019 in article 12 paragraph (2), the implementation of activities in the class of functional positions that are equalized is set to be equivalent to the implementation of activities in class (4) will be occupied and can be assigned activities of tasks and functions of coordination and management of activities in accordance with their respective areas of duty and in paragraph (4) where the details of the tasks and functions of coordination, additional tasks and management of activities as referred to in paragraph (2) shall be regulated by the leadership of the Government Agencies.
In this regard, waiting for the issuance of the Minister of Education and Culture's regulation, as the head of the agency and in order for the coordination and subcoordination to be carried out so far and in accordance with the Organization and Work Procedure of Udayana University Number 30 of 2016, a Rector's Decree will be issued which regulates coordination and sub-coordination in accordance with competence and workload analyst.
