Unud Holds Socialization of BKD Assessment for Candidates for Lecturer Certification Assessors
JImbaran - The General Bureau of Udayana University through the Human Resources Section held an online Socialization of Perceptions for Assessment of Lecturer Workload Assessment (BKD) for 2020 Udayana University Lecturer Certification Assessors at the Nusa Room, Rectorate Building, Jimbaran Campus, Monday (31/8/2020).
The socialization presented Prof. Dr. Ivan Hanafi, M.Pd (Ministry of Education and Culture Serdos Team / UNJ) and Taufiq Qurochman (Staff of the Directorate General of Resources of the Ministry of Education and Culture) with the moderator being the Chairperson of the Udayana University Lecturer Certification Committee Prof. Dr. drh. Ni Ketut Suwiti, M.Kes. The activity which was attended by around 56 participants was opened by the Vice Rector for General Affairs and Finance representing the Rector of Udayana University and was also attended by the Head of the General Bureau and the Head of the HR Department.
Vice Rector Prof. IGB Wiksuana said that the purpose of this activity was to equalize perceptions for Prospective Lecturer Certification Assessors in assessing lecturers' workloads and in order to increase the number of Lecturer Certification Assessors at Udayana University. The participation of prospective assessors in this activity is one of the requirements for obtaining an assessor registration number (NIRA) for prospective Serdos assessors.
The number of certified lecturers (DYS) who is assessed continues to increase and the number of active assessors is currently 110 people. The disciplines of the DYS which are considered to be uneven in the sense that they can accumulate in one scientific clump, so it is deemed necessary to increase the number of assessors who are in addition to that there are also those who will retire. The prospective assessors assigned to this opportunity have a S-3 educational qualification with the academic positions of Lecturer and Professor / Professor.
Through this opportunity, the Vice Rector also expressed his appreciation to the resource person who would provide guidance to Udayana University Prospective Assessors and hoped that all Prospective Assessors could participate in this activity until it was finished.
Speakers Prof. Ivan Hanafi in his material conveyed several things, including assessment, assessment strategies, portfolio assessment, portfolio assessment components, requirements to become assessors and assessors' duties. The informant also said that the publication weight of scientific papers of 18 percent made a big contribution to DYS graduation and in self-descriptions should not be less than 150 words.
