Unud Holds ICoSTH 2018 to Stimulate International Publication

Badung - Institute of Research and Community Service (LPPM) of Udayana University held "International Conference on Science, Technology and Humanities (ICoSTH) 2018" which lasted for 2 (two) days, 22-23 October 2018 at The Patra Bali Resort and Villas . This conference was opened by the Government Assistant and Public Welfare of the Provincial Secretariat of Bali, DR. Drs. Ida Bagus Kade Subhiksu, MM and accompanied by Deputy Chancellor for Academic Affairs Prof. Dr. Ir. I Nyoman Gde Antara, M.Eng, Chair of the Unud Research and Community Service Institute and Chair of the Senastek Committee (ICoSTH) 2018 Ir. Ida Ayu Astarini, M.Sc., Ph.D.

In this conference the MocU was signed between Udayana University and The University of Western Australia, and the signing of the Letter of Intent between Udayana University and North Dakota State University USA. The conference was attended by 875 participants who were researchers from Udayana University and other universities in Indonesia by presenting 6 (six) Keynote Speakers (1) Dr. Dimyati (Kemeristekdikti), (2) Prof. Dr. I Wayan Windia, S.U (Udayana University), (3) Prof. I Gede Wenten (Institute of Technology Bandung), (4) Prof. Kalidas Shetty (North Dakota State University USA), (5) Debabrata Banerjee, Ph.D (Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey), and (6) Prof. Siddique Kadambot (The University of Western Australia, Perth).

This conference is expected to be able to disseminate the results of research and also be able to stimulate international publications from researchers and servants at Udayana University. (HM)
