198 STUDENTS FROM 45 UNIVERSITIES IN GERMANY FOLLOWED IBSN PROGRAM IN UNUD

Bukit Jimbaran - International Business Studies Network (IBSN) Faculty of Economics and Business Udayana University held IBSN Orientation Program for 198 students from Germany on Monday (11/09/2017) at Auditorium Widya Sabha Bukit Jimbaran Campus. The orientation was attended by Rector Unud, Head of Internatinal Office of Faculty of Economics and Business, Representative of Academic Bureau, Cooperation and Public Relations, Representative Center for International Studies (CIP) and founder of IBSN program Prof. Dr. Stephan H. Passon.

Program Coordinator, Drs. I Gde Ketut Warmika, MM said IBSN is one of the programs that managed by the Faculty of Economics and Business of Unud in cooperation with IBSN Germany. The organization of IBSN orientation this time is the 38th time that held Faculty of Economics and Business which first started once in 1999. In this orientation was attended by students from 45 universities in Germany. The IBSN program will be implemented for 16 weeks according to predetermined educational standards. Furthermore, Warmika said that the lecturers in this program are not only graduates of local universities but also graduates from overseas universities. Through this opportunity Warmika also expressed his appreciation to the students who have followed this program.

Rector of Unud, Prof. Dr. dr. A A. Raka Sudewi, Sp.S (K) in her speech delivered a welcome greeting to the class 38 German student who joined IBSN program. To date more than 6000 German students have participated in this program. Students who participated came from around 237 universities from all over the world, especially from Germany. Through this opportunity, Rector of Unud expressed her appreciation to Prof. Dr. Stephan H. Passon and Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business of Unud who have established cooperation to establish this program. (PR)
