Flag Ceremony in a Series of The 5th Anniversary of Faculty of Maritime and Fishery Udayana University

Faculty of Maritime and Fishery Udayana University (known as FKP Unud) held a flag ceremony on Monday, October 10th in FKP campus at Udayana University Street, Bukit Jimbaran, Badung, Bali. It was conducted to celebrate the faculty’s fifth anniversary.

The ceremony was successfully conducted. It aimed to make all students, lecturers, and staffs in the faculty more discipline. The dean of the faculty asked the current head of departments in the faculty to have the same vision and mission; there is an intense communication between those departments.

“The departments do not need to compete with each other. We have to be aware of other universities like IPB, Undip, and Uhan instead.”

Besides, there were also deans meeting and award ceremony given by the dean. The awards were given to many nominees for their dedications; as follows:

  1. Ir. I  Wayan Restu, M.Si. (as the first graduate),
  2. I Gede Hendrawan, S.Si., M.Si., Ph.D. (as the initiator of healthy campus movement),
  3. Ni Wayan Gita Kanala and Ni Wayan Shanti Paramita Jayanti (as the students with the highest GPA for four semesters from IK and MSP departments),
  4. I Gede Merta Yoga Pratama, I Made Dharma Raharja, and I Gede Dananjaya Bagaskara (as students with many achievements),
  5. Ni Wayan Suati and Ni Wayan Kertiyani (as campus’ cleaning service), and
  6. I Putu Gede Arnawa (as campus’ security).
