Academic and Statistics Coordinator of the Academic Cooperation and Public Relations Bureau, Agoes Hadi Birawan, said that the aim of carrying out this activity is for all operators to carry out data synchronization tasks for the 2024 period so that they can find out the extent of our reporting at PDDikti.
Meanwhile, Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation and Information, Prof. I Putu Gede Adiatmika, who is also the Acting Head of the Academic Cooperation and Public Relations Bureau, in his direction expressed the hope that through this reconciliation activity, PDDikti reporting will become more detailed, and quite a lot of effort has been made. If the data in PDDikti is good then the diploma numbering system will also work well.
"The operator's role in completing this data is very important, so that it is checked properly and if there is anything that needs to be coordinated, it is coordinated with the Academic Team and if there is something related to policy it will be reported through the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs and also to the Rector," said Prof. Adiatmika.
The workshop began with a presentation regarding the PISN (National Diploma and Certificate Numbering) policy before updating the data. The implementation of this activity is motivated by Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 6 of 2022 concerning Diplomas, Competency Certificates, Professional Certificates, Degrees and Equivalence of Diplomas from Universities from Other Countries, especially article 4, article 5, article 9, article 14 and article 33 paragraph 1 letter c. This is also in accordance with the results of meetings held by the Belmawa Directorate with all universities regarding the socialization of the numbering policy for diplomas and national competency certificates.
