There is a direction from the Minister of Health through the Director General of Health Services regarding the implementation of specialist medical education programs in all vertical hospitals of the Ministry of Health where hospitals that provide education collaborate with universities in their respective regions to make cooperation agreements with the Faculty of Medicine which include, in particular commitments to prevent bullying, compliance with work culture and working hours, financing of specialist education costs, resident work contracts with the Managing Director as well as involvement of teaching hospitals in determining the quota of students to be accepted according to the hospital's capacity or capacity. This is to ensure that the education process goes well and education for PPDS runs smoothly.

The aim of this PKS is to be used as a reference in implementing rights and obligations where there are changes emphasized by the Ministry of Health which must be implemented by Prof. Ngoerah Hospital.
