Rain, Udayana University Holds KORPRI 53rd Anniversary Commemoration Ceremony in the Rectorate Building Lobby
Jimbaran - Udayana University (Unud) held a Ceremony to Commemorate the 53rd Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia Civil Service Corps (KORPRI) in the Lobby area of the Jimbaran Campus Rectorate Building due to rainy weather, Friday (29/11/2024). The ceremony was attended by all leaders and employees at Udayana University who acted as Ceremony Supervisor, namely the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ir. I Gede Rai Maya Temaja, MP, IPU.
The commemoration of KORPRI's 53rd Anniversary in 2024 carries the theme "KORPRI for Indonesia" which means that all Indonesian ASN are ready to strengthen unity and esprit de corps so that with it, KORPRI can bring benefits to all Indonesian society.
It is hoped that the momentum of KORPRI's anniversary will make its members more enthusiastic in working for the public interest. This is in accordance with its function, namely strengthening national unity so that it colors the national development process.
The President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, in the President's speech at the commemoration of KORPRI's anniversary which was read by the Master of Ceremonies, wished all KORPRI members a happy birthday wherever they served. Thank you and the highest appreciation to the KORPRI extended family who for more than half a century has provided the best service, with high loyalty and dedication to the nation and state.
The President invited the entire KORPRI Management Board at the central and regional levels to reactivate all KORPRI programs and activities in line with the great goals of this organization. The President also encouraged the acceleration of the issuance of the Government Regulation on KORPRI as an implementation of the ASN Law, in order to improve welfare and legal protection for all ASN.
KORPRI is an integral part of government and must continue to be strengthened. As a strategic component of the nation, KORPRI acts as a glue and uniter for the nation. The President also delivered several messages to serve as guidelines, namely Strengthening KORPRI Solidarity and Cooperation, Encouraging Innovation and Efficiency, Strengthening Integrity and Discipline, Ensuring Access to Healthy Food, Supporting Energy Security, Reducing Poverty, and Maintaining Neutrality and Loyalty.
