Bridging communication between University Leaders and Students, Udayana University BEM Holds Udayana Dialogue X Chancellor's Meeting
The Student Executive Board (BEM) of Udayana University (Unud) held the Dialog Udayana X Temu Rektor at the Auditorium at Udayana University, Friday (22/11/2024). This event aims to strengthen relations between all elements of the academic community, including university leaders, lecturers, students, and various other supporting elements.
In this event, the Rector of Udayana University, together with the Vice Rectors, faculty leaders and student representatives, had a direct dialogue regarding various issues and the latest developments in the campus environment. The Dialog Udayana X Temu Rektor is an important forum for bridging communication between university leaders and students, so that various aspirations and input can be conveyed directly.
The Chair of Udayana University's BEM, in his speech, emphasized that this activity was a strategic step to create closer and more harmonious relationships between all elements of the campus. The BEM Chair hopes that through this activity, a better understanding will be created between students and university leaders, so that they can build a better campus together.
Rector of Udayana University, Prof. I Ketut Sudarsana in his speech said that this kind of dialogue is very important for leaders, because this is an opportunity to share information, exchange ideas, convey visions, and develop strategic steps towards a more advanced and sustainable Udayana University. He also expressed his thanks to all parties who had participated in organizing this event.
"Hopefully, through the Dialog Udayana X Temu Rektor, we can find joint solutions, and strengthen our commitment to realizing the big vision of Udayana University," said the Rector.
Present at this activity was the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Prof. I Gede Rai Maya Temaja, Vice Rector for General Affairs and Finance, Prof. I Gst Bgs Wiksuana, Vice Rector for Student Affairs, Dr. Gusti Ngurah Alit Susanta Wirya, Deans of each faculty, Heads of Bureaus and other Unit Leaders at Udayana University.
In the dialogue session, several issues discussed included improving the quality of education, developing campus facilities, and support for student activities. The participants who attended were also given the opportunity to convey questions, aspirations and suggestions directly to the Rector and the leadership.
