Udayana University RB Team Carries Out Monitoring Evaluation of ZI Development Towards WBK TW II Faculty and Postgraduate

To monitor and evaluate progress in the Development of an Integrity Zone (ZI) towards a Corruption Free Area (WBK), the Udayana University (Unud) Bureaucratic Reform Team (RB) carried out monitoring and evaluation (monev) activities in the second quarter (TW II) at the faculty level and postgraduate. This activity was held for two days, namely on 2-3 September 2024, at the Postgraduate Hall, Unud Denpasar Campus.

This monitoring and evaluation aims to assess the completion of the Evaluation Worksheet (LKE) which has been uploaded by each faculty to the Inspirasi Dikti platform. This monitoring and evaluation process involves an assessment of six main service areas that are the focus of ZI's development efforts towards WBK. The six areas include:

  1. Change Management: Assess how the institution manages and implements change to improve operational integrity and effectiveness.
  2. Strengthening Human Resources for Apparatus: Evaluating efforts to strengthen human resources for apparatus in order to increase competence and capability in carrying out tasks.
  3. Administrative Arrangement Sector: Checking the structuring and improvement of administrative administration to ensure efficiency and compliance with standards.
  4. Areas of Strengthening Supervision: Assessing the supervisory mechanisms implemented to prevent and detect potential irregularities.
  5. Area of ​​Strengthening Performance Accountability: Measuring the extent to which performance accountability is measured and accounted for in accordance with established standards.
  6. Public Service Improvement Sector: Assessing efforts made to improve the quality of public services provided by faculties and postgraduates.

Through this monitoring and evaluation process, it is hoped that Udayana University can continue to improve and strengthen its commitment to integrity and preventing corruption, as well as ensuring that all work units within the university move towards achieving WBK with high standards.
