Udayana University PPID Holds Coordination Meeting to Determine Public Information List and Excluded Information List

Jimbaran - Udayana University (Unud) Information and Documentation Management Officers (PPID) held a Coordination Meeting (Rakor) in the context of determining the Public Information List (DIP) and Excluded Information List (DIK) at the Bangsa Room, Jimbaran Campus Rectorate Building, Monday (12/8/ 2024). This meeting was attended by the Rector of Unud, Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation and Information who is also PPID PTN, Head of Bureau, Institutional Representatives, Head of the Legal Affairs Office, Archivist, PPID Unud Team and other guests.

Collaboration and Public Relations Coordinator Hamidiah Yunus as the Unud PPID Team in his report gave a glimpse of the implementation of PPID at Unud in 2024, where he had written letters to units for updating the Public Information List.

It was further stated that in the public information service at Udayana University there were no obstacles encountered where in the first semester 23 requests for public information were received and there were no objections or public information disputes submitted. There has been socialization from the Central Information Commission regarding the implementation of monitoring and evaluation in 2024 which will be implemented starting in early September 2024.

Vice Rector Prof. I Putu Gede Adiatmika on this occasion conveyed a glimpse of the PPID profile of Udayana University which has a new structure where currently there is a Faculty Implementing PPID. It is hoped that current information will not only be limited to universities but will also reach the faculty level. Next, the Vice Rector as PPID explained the List of Public Information and the List of Excluded Information, which was then discussed. On this occasion, a consequence test was also carried out regarding the excluded information.\

Meanwhile, the Rector of Unud, Prof. Ngakan Putu Gede Suardana in his speech expressed his appreciation to the participants who were present who were expected to provide input. In accordance with Law Number 14 of 2008, public information disclosure is mandatory and it is hoped that there will be no information disputes at Udayana University.

The Rector hopes that the work unit can provide the widest possible information to the public, one of which is related to scholarships and always carry out an updating process so that the information provided is the latest.
