Meanwhile, the Rector of Unud Prof. Ngakan Putu Gede Suardana in his speech emphasized that participants should be disciplined in participating in this training activity. Participants who are also young lecturers are expected to take the training seriously, where next semester Unud will start opening international classes and the most prepared faculty is the Faculty of Economics and Business. His party will also encourage other faculties such as the Faculty of Humanities and the Faculty of Tourism which have quite a lot of interest. Preparing for international classes requires our human resources to be ready too, we cannot offer international classes if our human resources are not ready. The human resources consist of lecturers and educational staff, where they have also asked the Head of the Language Center to also provide training to supporting staff as well. Apart from that, infrastructure and IT will also be prepared. The number of foreign students taking international classes is also one of the university's main performance indicators.
The Rector also motivated these young lecturers to prepare themselves to study abroad to gain knowledge and experience. Apart from that, participants should also focus on taking part in this training because English is an international language. Through this opportunity, the Rector also appreciated the Head of the Language Center who had facilitated this training activity.
