Bina Desa Bedulu, Faculty of Law, Udayana University Holds Socialization Talkshow and Podcast on Intellectual Property Rights

An Intellectual Property Rights Socialization and Podcast Talkshow activity was carried out by Bina Desa Bedulu, Faculty of Law, Udayana University on Friday 26 April 2024. This activity was in collaboration with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Bali Province Regional Office in a series of Mobile Intellectual Property Clinic (MIPC) 2024 events for commemorating World Intellectual Property Day.

This activity was carried out at Gianyar Astina Square (Gianyar City Square). The Socialization Talkshow raised the sub-theme Strengthening IPR Protection for Local Cultural Heritage, MSMEs, and Creative Economy Business Actors which presented two speakers, namely Made Yuda Yudistira as Young Expert Intellectual Property Analyst and Prof. Dr. Ni Ketut Supasti Dharmawan, SH., M.Hum., LLM as Academician at the Faculty of Law, Udayana University.

Meanwhile, the MPIC 2024 Podcast activity raised the theme Opportunities and Challenges of Intellectual Property Rights Through the Lens of Geographical Indications, presenting two speakers, namely Alexander Palti, S.H., M.H. as Head of the Legal and Human Rights Services Division of the Bali Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights and Prof. Dr. Ni Ketut Supasti Dharmawan, SH., M.Hum., LLM as Academician at the Faculty of Law, Udayana University.
