Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University Celebrates the Peak of the 39th Anniversary and the 29th Badan Kekeluargaan

The Faculty of Agricultural Technology (FTP) of Udayana University (Unud) held its 39th Anniversary (HUT) and 29th Badan Kekeluargaan (BK) celebrations at the JA Building, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Jimbaran Campus, Saturday (07/10/2023). This celebration was marked by the cutting of tumpeng by the Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology. In this activity, an exhibition of products made by students and lecturers from the Faculty of Agricultural Technology was also held.

Committee Chair Dr. A. A. Made Dewi Anggreni, S.TP., M.Si. On this occasion, I would like to thank the entire committee, sponsors, and all parties who have supported the 39th Anniversary and 29th BK activities of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University.

Furthermore, the Chair of the Committee said that the activities of the 39th Anniversary and 29th BK of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University began with a flag ceremony which was held on July 1 2023. Then scientific activities in the form of an international conference were coupled with the Udayana University Anniversary event which was held on 30-31 August 2023. Social activities through Agritech Care activities at the Tat Twam Asi Orphanage on 24 September 2023. Community Service activities in the form of Agritech Clean and Green activities carried out at Padang Galak Beach on Sunday, 30 September 2023. Meanwhile, activities at the peak of the 39th Anniversary and 29th BK activities began with the Flag Ceremony and continued with Agritech Ceria which was held on October 7 2023.

Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology Prof. I Made Anom Sutrisna Wijaya in his speech said that the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University was born twice, where the Faculty of Agricultural Technology began with the Agricultural Technology Study Program (PSTP) which was born on July 1 while the Faculty was born on October 7, so there are 2 birthdays.

"Initially the commemoration was always held on July 1, but the results of the Senate Decree two periods ago stated that the commemoration should be held on October 7. Based on this decision, the series of activities began on July 1 and ended on October 7," said the Dean.

The Dean further said that, apart from the activities presented by the Chair of the Committee, there were also International Service activities carried out jointly with parties from Japan and Austria. Apart from that, on this occasion the Dean also conveyed the development of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology at Udayana University to date.

Meanwhile, the Rector of Udayana University, Prof. I Nyoman Gde Antara on this occasion expressed congratulations and success on the 39th Anniversary and 29th BK of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University. Apart from that, the Rector also expressed his gratitude for the role of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology which has contributed to the progress of Udayana University. "There will be many more challenges in the future, but together we will become an institution that advances in line with our ideals," said the Rector.
