Improving the Village Economy, PPK Ormawa BEM Team, Faculty of Economics and Business, Unud Holds Digital Marketing Training Based on Customer Relationship Management

Tabanan - The Student Organization Capacity Building Program Implementation Team (PPK Ormawa) of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University (BEM FEB Unud) carried out Worista Vol. 2: Digital Marketing Training and Business Meeting (First Launching of Wedang Karsa Products in the Village) on September 19 2023 which took place at the Karyasari Village Gorge, Pupuan, Tabanan. This activity was attended by the Head of the Student Affairs Bureau, the Chair of the UPKP, the Reviewer Team, the Karyasari Village Business Startup Group, and the PPK Ormawa BEM FEB Unud Implementation Team.

The aim of Worista Vol. 2 This is to provide training and understanding to the Karyasari Village business start-up group regarding how to market Wedang Karsa products on digital media. With this activity, it is hoped that the Karyasari Village business start-up group can implement this digital marketing knowledge to brand and market Wedang Karsa products so that they can be known by a wide audience both regionally, nationally and even internationally. Then there is also an agenda for a Business Meeting and Launching of Wedang Karsa products in the Village as a follow-up to the Business Meeting which was previously held by the team at the 56th FEB Unud Anniversary event.

Implementation of Worista Vol. 2 raised 2 material topics, namely "Developing Marketing Strategies Through Digital Promotion" which was presented by I Made Denny Wahyu Aditya as a member of the PPK Ormawa BEM FEB Unud Team and material related to "Implementation of Digital Marketing in E-Commerce based on Customer Relationship Management" which was presented by Ni Komang Risa Pebriyanthi as a member of one of the PPK Ormawa BEM FEB Unud Implementation Team. In this activity, the creation of an international digital marketing certification account was also carried out accompanied by the PPK Ormawa BEM FEB Unud Implementation Team to provide the public with a basic understanding of the world of digital marketing.

This activity is a great opportunity for people to learn more about digital marketing strategies. Drs. I Ketut Kartika as Head of the Student Affairs Bureau at Udayana University is also very proud of the Ormawa BEM FEB Unud PPK Team for successfully passing funding, he also hopes that this program will be launched and can develop sustainably. "Hopefully this brand can continue to grow, I give my appreciation to the BEM FEB Unud Kana students for participating in empowering the community. Hopefully this program can be carried out sustainably by the Karyasari Village community business start-up group. "The hope is that later this product can be packaged in such a way that it can attract the attention of potential buyers," he said.

In line with Drs I Ketut Kartika, the Karyasari Village Headquarters also hopes that this program can run according to plan so that it can help improve the welfare of the community and also the economy of Karyasari Village. "Hopefully, in the future this program can be implemented according to our hopes, considering that 90% of the people of Karyasari Village make their living as coffee farmers. The coffee is only sold whole without being processed by the people of Karyasari Village. "With new innovations through mentoring through knowledge and knowledge possessed by students, hopefully this coffee production can be optimized and marketed to villages and also outside the village so that it can compete with coffee competitors," he said.

Not only that, in the future the Bumdes will empower and market to the community even though the production is carried out by the Karyasari Village business start-up group accompanied by the Ormawa PPK Team BEM FEB Unud. (rsa)
