The Importance of Competency Certification, Udayana University Collaborates with Indonesian Financing LSP
Udayana University (Unud) collaborated with the Indonesian Financing Professional Certification Institute (LSPPI) which was marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) by both parties at the Jimbaran Campus Rectorate Building, Tuesday (08/08/2023). The signing of the MoU was attended by the Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation and Information of Udayana University, Director of LSPPI, Head of LSP Unud, Coordinator of Cooperation and Public Relations and staff.
Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation and Information Unud Prof. I Putu Gede Adiatmika on this occasion expressed his hope that after the signing of the MoU this could be followed up immediately with technical cooperation, both the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and activities or the process of professional certification.
Meanwhile the Director of LSPPI Andryan Harris said that with the signing of the MoU between Udayana University and LSPPI it is hoped that this can continue to be active, not just an MoU but can be continued with other activities. Of course there is a lot of potential and opportunities that can be done through this collaboration. "Hopefully everything can run smoothly and continuously," he said.
Furthermore, the Director of LSPPI said that the Indonesian Financing LSP (LSPPI) or commonly referred to as SPPI aims to certify professional competence, especially for the financing industry. LSPPI stipulates or compiles a certification scheme and also determines its competency standards.
