Rector of Udayana University Attends the 77th Bhayangkara Day Commemoration

Rector of Udayana University (Unud) Prof. I Nyoman Gde Antara attended the 77th Bhayangkara Day Ceremony and Thanksgiving at the Puputan Margarana Niti Mandala Renon Field, Denpasar which was carried out by the Bali Regional Police, Saturday (1/7/2023). This activity was also attended by the Governor of Bali and Forkompinda, Community Leaders, Academics, FKUB, Bali Police leadership and other invitees as well as the Inspector of Ceremonies, namely the Bali Police Chief Inspector General Pol Putu Jayan Danu Putra.

The commemoration of the 77th Bhayangkara Day in 2023 takes the theme "PRECISION POLICE FOR THE COUNTRY" Peaceful Election Towards Advanced Indonesia. After the ceremony was completed, it was followed by a Defile and a thanksgiving event. In his remarks at the thanksgiving event, the Bali Police Chief said that it was hoped that this activity would increase friendship and cooperation in maintaining security and order on the island of Bali that we love.

The theme raised is certainly in accordance with POLRI's commitment to continue to play an active role in maintaining security, order, providing predictive services, responsibility and fair transparency to society, nation and state. This theme also reflects POLRI's readiness to oversee and realize peaceful elections, in order to create national resilience and increasingly positive economic growth towards a developed Indonesia.

To fill in the commemoration of the 77th Bhayangkara Day, the Bali Police have carried out a series of activities for the PRESISI POLRI service month for one month from early June to early July 2023. This series of activities apart from involving the internal Police, TNI, related stakeholders and all elements of society. This series of activities was carried out to increase public trust in POLRI again by getting closer to the community through various social activities and social services as well as interesting competitions.
