The event was officially opened by 3rd Vice Rector representing the Rector of Udayana University, in his speech, within this event expected the information about Permenpan RB.Number 17 Year 2013 JO. Permenpan RB. Number 46 Year 2013 can be understood by the participants. Acting as moderator was Prof. Harya Putra. This socialization keynote speakers from the Bureau of Personnel Ministry of Education and Culture, Mr Taufan Sudrajat, SE, M.Si (Head of Lecturer Mutation Department).
The event was attended by The Credit Score Assessment team , Lecturers of Udayana University, The Deans, First Vice Dean, Head of Study Programs, Head of Sub Division of Finance and Personnel from each faculty in the University of Udayana.In this socialization Mr. Taufan Sudrajat convey some important things, such as:

- Terms to become Lecturer;
- Position and Rank Lecturer level;

- Cumulative Credit Score;

- Consideration / Approval of the Senate;
