Improving OJS Services, JUPI Holds Outreach and Training of Open Journal System Version .3.3.0.13 for Unud Journal Managers
The Scientific Journal and Publication Unit (JUPI) of Udayana University (Unud) held a Socialization & Training of the New Version of the Open Journal System (OJS) (V.3.3.0.13) in the Hall Room of the Postgraduate Building, Udayana University, Sudirman Campus, Friday (31/3/2023) ). The workshop was attended by the Chair and Secretary of JUPI, Gusti Ayu Candra Dharmayanti, ST., MSc., PhD, and Anak Agung Diah Parami Dewi, ST., MSc., PhD, and 117 participants from journal editors and journal OJS operators at Udayana University.
The Chairperson of JUPI, Gusti Ayu Candra Dharmayanti, ST., MSc., PhD in her remarks who on this occasion represented the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs said it was important to provide OJS service infrastructure for journals at Udayana University so that it could be accessed properly and smoothly by both authors and reviewers.
Meanwhile, the Chairperson of the Committee, Anak Agung Diah Parami Dewi, ST., MSc., PhD, said in his report that this activity aims to socialize and conduct training on the use of the New version of OJS (covering Website Setting, Using OJS Workflow, DOI & SIJUNA). This new version of OJS has several advantages over the current version of OJS. So the use of the new OJS will be useful for New Journals & old Journals who want to increase security & other benefits from the new OJS features.
Present as a guest speaker from USDI, Duman Care Khrisne, ST., MT. and I Made Arsa Suyadnya, ST., M.Eng. The training and discussion were guided by moderator Ni Made Classia Sukendar, S. Arsl., M. Agb. and Dr. Eng. I Made Gatot Karohika, ST., MT.
