Inspectorate General Team of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology Provides LHKPN Assistance for Compulsory Reporters at Udayana University

Jimbaran - In the context of building the integrity of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and efforts to realize Internal Bureaucratic Reform towards a corruption-free area within the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek), every State Administrator is obliged to submit a report on his assets. In this regard, the Inspectorate General Team of the Ministry of Education and Culture conducted technical assistance and guidance activities for submitting State Administration Asset Reports (LHKPN) at Udayana University (Unud) which was held in the Bangsa Room of the Unud Rectorate Building, Jimbaran Campus, Thursday (9/3/2023).

Rector of Unud Prof. Dr. Ir. I Nyoman Gde Antara, M.Eng., IPU in his speech expressed his gratitude to the Itjen Team for this assistance and it is hoped that the LHKPN reporting at Udayana University will be completed soon. "Hopefully it can be done quickly," said the Rector of Unud.

Regarding LHKPN reporting at Unud, from data obtained at the General Bureau, there are 132 people who are required to report LHKPN. Our hope is that after the mentoring event from the Inspectorate General, by March 31, 100 percent will have been reported. The Rector invited discussions with the Inspectorate General Team who were present if there were things that were not clear.

Meanwhile, Team Leader Itjen Purwaniati Nugraheni said on this occasion that we were aware that filling out the LHKPN was an important matter related to our work and reporting of assets. His side from the Inspectorate General will assist if there are things that might be considered difficult in filling out the LHKPN.

"Why do we need to fill out an LHKPN, this is to follow up on Law Number 28 of 1999 concerning State Organizers who are Clean and Free from Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism as well as fulfilling the obligations of Civil Servants to report their wealth as stated in PP number 94 of 2021 concerning Discipline of Civil Servants. "In addition, for the environment of the Ministry of Education and Culture, Permendikbudristek Number 57 of 2022 has been issued concerning Submission of Reports on Wealth of State Administrators and Reports of Wealth of State Civil Apparatuses within the Ministry of Education and Culture," said the Head of the Itjen Team.

The reporting period for 2022 is submitted from January 1 to March 31 through the e-lhkpn.kpk.go.id page. The assistance provided is filling out the LHKPN through the e-LHKPN application.
