Language Center of Udayana University was Elected as the National Board of Language Service Institution Forum for the 2022-2026 Period

Language Center of Udayana University Participated in the National Deliberation (Munas) and National Workshop II at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta which was held on 30-4 December 2022. The workshop was held to unite ideas related to socialization and finalization of the draft National Standards for Language Training, Translation and Language Editing in Education Tall. In addition, this activity also drafted documents related to the quality of language training, testing, and language translation through the Quality Assurance Division.

The opening of the National Conference and Workshop was opened by the Rector of Muhammadiyah Surakarta University (UMS), Prof. Dr. Sofyan Anif, M.Sc. In his remarks, the Rector of UMS expressed the hope that the Language Service Institution Forum (FILBA) would have concrete results that would benefit all FILBA members, one of which is the Academic English test for FILBA members and the general public.

First Day as Resource Person Prof. Dr. Joko Nurkamto, M.Pd with the Topic of Accreditation of Higher Education Language Service Institutions and as moderator: Dr. M. Thoyibi, MS. After that, it was continued with the finalization of the draft National Standards for Listening, Reading, Speaking and Writing Language Services.

The second day, the report on the results of the National Language Service Standards meeting, and continued with the discussion and ratification of the rules and procedures for selecting national administrators, selecting session leaders, followed by selecting, determining and validating the formation team. The results of the National Conference I formulate the determination of FILBA Management for the 2022-2026 period. The Head of UPT Language at Udayana University is believed to be one of the Language Training Division's FILBA Management.
