41st Period Judiciary, FISIP Udayana University Releases 22 Candidates for Undergraduate Graduates
The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) of Udayana University held a release ceremony for prospective Bachelor (S1) graduates on Tuesday, April 21, 2022. This event took place in the fourth floor hall of the Unud FISIP building, Sudirman Campus, Denpasar.
The graduation ceremony for prospective graduates or graduates held by FISIP in April is the 41st period. There were as many as 22 prospective undergraduate graduates (S1) who were released during this period. Each prospective graduate comes from several study programs, including: Sociology, International Relations, and Public Administration.
The Dean of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Udayana University, Dr. Drs. I Nengah Punia, M.Si said, this 41st graduation is one of the achievements with graduates on time and the title of graduates "With Praise" at most, as many as 9 people. The rest got a very satisfactory predicate and only a few achieved satisfactory marks. The Dean hopes that in the future this can be further improved, especially regarding graduating on time.
In addition, the Dean also hopes that prospective graduates who will soon become alumni will be able to contribute to FISIP in the context of improving and perfecting FISIP as a place that is trusted by the community in entrusting their children to carry out knowledge in the social and political fields.
Weinton Verko, S.IP, from the International Relations study program with a study period of 3 years and 11 months, won the title of best graduate at the release of the 41st period graduate candidates and a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.94.
On this occasion, Weinton also conveyed a message to fellow prospective graduates to continue to develop their potential and prepare themselves better for the next challenge, given the increasingly complex competition in the future.
Mrs. Liken, Weinton's parents, were also present at the graduation ceremony. Mrs. Liken expressed her gratitude to all the ranks of the Dean of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of Udayana University and to all the lecturers who had helped her son during his studies. In addition, Mrs. Liken also invited prospective students throughout Indonesia to come to Bali and study at Udayana University.
“Dear brothers and sisters wherever they are, please come to Bali. Because Mother has experienced this, Weinton, who is far from the Riau Islands province here, has never experienced any problems. Then, my friends at school are all very tolerant," said Mrs. Liken.
