31 Udayana University Inventors Participate in the Patent Substantive Settlement Workshop
LPPM through the Center for Innovation and Intellectual Property Rights accompanied 31 Unud Inventors to participate in a patent substantive settlement workshop organized by the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DJKI) Bali Regional Office at the Trans Resort Bali Hotel, Tuesday (12/10/2021).
The event was attended by the Head of the Sub-Directorate of Classification and Patent Search, the Directorate of Patents, Layout Design of Integrated Circuits and Trade Secrets, the Head of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in Bali and the substantive examiner of the DJKI patent. This activity invited 41 Inventors from all over Bali where 31 of them were Inventors from Udayana University.
Head of the Center for HKI, Udayana University, Dr. Pande Gde Sasmita Julyantoro,S.Si.,M.Si said that this activity is the final mediation between the inventor and the patent examiner. This is expected to support the achievement of the number of patents that are the target of Udayana University and it is also hoped that similar activities can be held again in the next period so as to increase the enthusiasm of Unud researchers to register their works as intellectual property rights (IPR) not only in the form of copyright but also in the form of copyright. patents and simple patents.
