BEM PM Udayana University Held LKMM-TM 2021
BEM PM Udayana University held LKMM-TM 2021 (Student Management Skills Training - Intermediate Level) with the theme "Arya Guna Karya Pradipa", which took place online via Zoom Meeting, (Sunday, 12/09/2021).
The LKMM-TM training was attended by the Rector of Udayana University who was represented by the Vice Rector for Student Affairs at Udayana University, Head of BEM PM Udayana University, Head of DPM PM Udayana University, and was attended by 30 training participants.
The chairman of the LKMM-TM training committee, I Made Genta Taksu Wiraprana, said that the theme that was carried out was Arya Guna Karya Pradipa, which means a leader who has broad insight with the hope of mastering all lines of leadership in order to create brilliant works and have a real impact on those around him. The purpose of this training is to form a cadre of qualified leaders for organizations both internally and externally at Udayana University.
The LKMM-TM activities are divided into 3 activities, namely (1) Pre-LKMM-TM (2) LKMM-TM training, and (3) Post-LKMM-TM which aims to practice the theory given during the main training day.
Chairman of BEM PM Udayana University Muhammad Novriansyah Kusumapratama said that this activity was very beneficial for students, for themselves and the surrounding environment; from intellectuals and then struggles to become people of change. The presence of LKMM-TM is a momentum for students to develop innovation, learning platforms, and management in student organizations.
The Webinar was opened by the Rector who in this case was represented by the Vice Rector for Student Affairs, Prof. Udayana University. Ir. Ngakan Putu Gede Suardana, M.T., Ph.D., IPU.. In his remarks the Vice Chancellor appreciated the activities of LKMM-TM students and hoped that students as people of change could respect and discipline time and become independent-minded students.
Through this training, it is also hoped that students can equip themselves from an early age, so that they add insight to become creative and innovative future leaders. Students must also further advance all ORMAWAs (student organizations) at Udayana University to support progress and influence on the accreditation of Udayana University institutions.
