Unud Holds UTBK SBMPTN 2021, Participants Are Required to Negative Antigen Swabs
Udayana University began holding Computer-Based Writing Examinations (UTBK) for Joint Selection to Enter State Universities (SBMPTN), Friday (16/4/2021). Nationally, the implementation of UTBK SBMPTN has started on April 12, 2021, while the implementation of the first batch of UTBK at Udayana University was held on April 16, 17 and 18, 2021 and the second batch was held on April 26 to May 2, 2021 located in various computer laboratories in Denpasar Campus and Jimbaran Campus.
UTBK at Udayana University was attended by 8,050 participants. The first day was attended by 910 participants which were divided into two sessions where each session was attended by 455 participants with the test locations on the Denpasar Campus and Jimbaran Campus.
The implementation of UTBK on the first day was reviewed directly by the Rector of Udayana University accompanied by the Chairperson of the Organizing Committee. The Rector also had the opportunity to review the Server Room before conducting a review of the exam room. During his visit, the Rector of Unud Prof. A.A Raka Sudewi said that this year's UTBK implementation was not only for the undergraduate study program, but also for the diploma 4 study program.Meanwhile, participants who took UTBK every day would be divided into 2 exam sessions, namely the morning session and the afternoon session.
Chairman of the UTBK SBMPTN Implementation Committee Prof. I Ketut Suyasa said that according to the direction of the Higher Education Entrance Test Institute (LTMPT), the implementation of the SBMPTN UTBK must comply with the health protocol. Udayana University also implements strict health protocols by requiring participants and officers to wear masks, keep their distance, and wash their hands. The disinfection of the exam room is also carried out in the exam rooms before and after the exam.
Participants are also required to bring a negative Swab / PCR result as one of the requirements for taking the SBMPTN UTBK. We still adhere to the health protocol as joint guiding, whether washing hands, using masks, maintaining distance, and bringing PCR H-7 results or H-2 antigen swabs.
Participants who do not bring their swab test results are directed to immediately take the test at the nearest swab test location from the exam location.
The implementation of UTBK-SBMPTN 2021 is divided into three examination groups, namely the Science and Technology (Science and Technology) examination group, the Social and Humanities Examination Group (Soshum) and the Scientific and Social Examination Group (Mixed). The UTBK-SBMPTN test material consists of a Scholastic Potential Test (TPS) and an Academic Competency Test (TKA).
The number of participants who attended the first day of UTBK implementation totaled 814 people. From monitoring in the field the implementation of UTBK at Udayana University went smoothly.
