The opening ceremony of the field assessment was attended by the Chancellor of Udayana University, Deputy Chancellor for Public and Financial Affairs, Chairperson of the Institute, Postgraduate Director, FEB Dean along with Deputy Deans, FEB Senate Chair, Head of Library UPT, Study Program Coordinator, USDI representatives, Task Force Team and other invitations, housed at the 3rd Floor BH Building Faculty of Economics and Business, Unud Denpasar, Wednesday (07/15/2020). The online assessment process was also attended by students, lecturers and staff as well as alumni and stake holders.
BAN-PT in the field assessment process assigned two assessors namely Prof. Dr. Marwan Asri, MBA (UGM) and Prof. Dr. I Made Sudarma, SE., MM., Ak (Unibraw).
Unud Chancellor Prof. A.A Raka Sudewi in her remarks expressed his appreciation to the Assessors Team who was pleased to conduct an assessment in the midst of this pandemic. The Chancellor conveyed that various preparations had been made by the Study Program Coordinator with the Team and it was hoped that what had been done could provide better results than before. At present the Faculty of Economics and Business is also preparing international accreditation and the university itself is preparing institutional accreditation which will be carried out in 2021, which is expected to obtain Excellent Accreditation. The Chancellor hopes that all the assessment processes can run smoothly and obtain results in line with expectations. The Chancellor also gave appreciation to all those who had contributed so that this activity happened.
While the Coordinator of the Assessor Team Prof. Marwan Asri said that this activity had been long awaited by the assessor team on behalf of BAN-PT. Forms for this assessment have been submitted since 2019 and this time the Assessor was assigned to visit the Study Program in an online format. Through this assessment discussions will be held, confirming what has been reported in the forms, and asking questions for confirmation and clarification of the data. The Assessors Coordinator also appreciated the University Chancellor's direct presence in the assessment process. This is an honor for the Assessor Team with full support from the leadership of Udayana University.
