Accreditation of Udayana University, Assessor was reading Lontar
Still in order reaccreditation activity of Udayana University. One of the assessors Prof.Dr.Ir. Mardjono Siswosuwarno was reviewing a booth of Faculty of Arts exhibiting the lontars. Together with I.B Rai Putra, Head of UPT Lontar Udayana University, the assessors talked about the lontars on display in the Rector Building Udayana, Bukit Jimbaran.
Prof.Dr.Ir. Mardjono Siswosurwarno also got a chance to read the results of lontar conservation which is already in digital form. Lontar in digital form has been translated into three languages, namely Kawi / ancient Java, Indonesia, and the English. He also had time to compare Java Script and Bali Script and asked the meaning of a few interesting words that exist in the lontar.
Reaccreditation of Udayana University has been going on Sunday, October 23rd, 2016 and will finnish on October 25th, 2016. Places wherewith visit on Sunday (10/23) were the Experimental Farm, Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana Teaching Hospital and Unit Information Resources (USDI). Reaccreditation activities of Udayana University opened this morning by the Deputy Governor of Bali. (kezia)
