Coordination Meeting of the Performance Contract of the Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine with the Academic Community of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.

Tuesday, April 26, 2022, the leader of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (FVM) of Udayana University (UNUD) held a coordination meeting with the lecturers in the Meeting Room on the 1st floor of the FVM UNUD building starting from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm. The meeting was attended by by the Dean, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning, Vice Dean for General Affairs and Finance, Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Information, Coordinator Programs of Bachelor, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, and Master Degree of Veterinary Medicine, Heads of Units, Lecturers and Education Personnel in FVM UNUD. The meeting began with an opening by the Dean, then continued with the presentation of the Chancellor's work contract with the Dean of 2022, discussion of key performance indicators, and discussion of the Chancellor's work contract with the Ministry of Finance. The Dean's information presentation includes data from PD DIKTI students (the SIMAK operator) still having problems, PD DIKTI lecturers, related to personal data at SISTER UNUD lecturers are required to correct personal data that are still problematic, Student admissions: SNPTMN, and Mandiri where there are 97 new student candidates who have registered, Research: Sign The Contract, downstream of research results on teaching materials, making minutes, Evaluation of PD DIKTI reporting. Regarding finance, that the budget absorption at the veterinary faculty is still lacking, it is hoped that the budget absorption at FVM can be increased. The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine has 32 FVM contract employees. In the implementation of UKMPPDH, FVM UNUD still has several records because there are 4 students who did not graduate from a total of 35 participants. In addition, FVM UNUD is also building a new campus in the UNUD Campus Jimbaran area which will be completed in 2023.

 

 

 

 

The Vice Dean for Academic Affairs reported on the need for guidance for UKMPPDH participants in each block prior to the implementation of UKMPPDH. The Vice Dean for General Affairs and Finance explained about the percentage of the number of Lecturer functional positions, it is hoped that lecturers who are still lecturers will immediately apply for a functional promotion to the head Lecturer. The Vice Dean for Student Affairs reports that 15 student PKMs have been submitted to BELMAWA for 2022. In addition, supervisory lecturers are also expected to prepare PKM guidance for 2023, which amounts to 45. Coordinator Program of Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine explained that there were 80 students whose lecture period had passed. to be given special attention and treatment. In addition, the head of FVM Research Center explained about the opportunity to propose an independent learning program for supervisors and students with partners. In 2022, FVM UNUD will also pioneer the establishment of a veterinary doctoral program, so it is hoped that FVM UNUD can have a complete study program from bachelor to doctoral degree. (O).
